What “editorial” means here
We treat teaching as editing at scale: we show our cuts, annotate our reasoning, and provide alternatives. Writers learn to diagnose their pages and make better choices independently.
Story so far
2019
We started as a monthly in-person workshop for fiction writers who wanted serious feedback without cynicism.
2021
We went online, built our first on-demand course, and formalized our line-editing methodology.
2024
We expanded into nonfiction and poetry, adding query and pitch labs aligned with current agent expectations.
