3. Purchases and refunds
- Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice.
- Refunds for on-demand courses are available within 7 days if less than 20% of content has been consumed.
- Refunds for live or cohort courses are available up to 48 hours before the start date unless otherwise stated.
- Taxes may apply based on your location.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not share course materials publicly or resell access.
- Do not abuse discussion areas or harass other users.
- Do not attempt to circumvent security or access others’ data.
5. Intellectual property
All course content, text, and materials are owned by ScribeSphere Studio or our instructors and are protected by copyright and other laws.
6. Disclaimers
We provide educational content. We do not guarantee publication, representation, or any particular professional outcome. Results depend on your effort and market conditions.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ScribeSphere Studio shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
